Yield: 25

25 small new potatoes
1 tsp plus 1 Tbs. salt
1/3 c vegetable oil
3/4 lb ground beef
2 Tbs. ketchup
5 slices American cheese, cut into small squares

Directions:

1. Prepare potatoes as with above recipe.
   
2. Separately, sauté ground beef in medium pan until fully cooked.
   
3. Remove from heat and combine with ketchup.
   
4. When potatoes are almost done, remove from oven, spoon in meat mixture and top with a small square of cheese.
   
5. Return to oven for 2 more minutes and serve warm.
