Vern Yip's Design Tips:
Design Star Challenge 4: I Do - Vegas Style!

Avoid Competing Focal Points: There are a multitude of focal points and elements that operate successfully on their own, but don't work together visually here. Removing the huge flames, the giant guitar and the boas on the chairs, for example, would create less competition between the elements and allow more focus on the casino/gambling theme with the emphasis being on the large die and the over-scaled chips. Or, instead of the larger-than-life items, actual-size versions of poker chips, cards and die could have been used in large quantities as table decor to make a big statement.
