You'll enjoy outdoor areas more if they're shielded from prying eyes. The 2009 HGTV Dream Home, in Sonoma, Calif., is located near the road, so designers added a privacy screen to keep the backyard out of sight. Once you pass under the Victorian-style arbor, you'll see the backyard's formal courtyard and vineyard.
