Glass "River"

If you can't create a real water feature, try this attractive alternative: a tumbled glass "river." Glass tiles shine in this natural garden setting, which features a footbridge, lots of ornamental grass, flowering crepe myrtle trees and creeping fescue soft enough to sit on. Get the look: Draw lines where you want your "stream" to go, then spread out a large bag of beach glass or iridescent stones. Line the edges with larger rocks, flowers and accessories.
