Hidden Creek Ranch and Breakfast Café (113)Iris Behr and her husband, John Muir, once ran the US operations of Behr Industrials, a large Switzerland-based automotive company owned by Behr's father. However, when the elder Behr started suffering from stress-related health issues, Iris and John took a look at their own stress-plagued lives and decided to make a change. The couple left the company and founded Hidden Creek Ranch, a "spa-ranch" in Idaho where they could commune with nature and indulge their passion for horses.
Next, visit with Pedro and Lorna Antu, who made a dramatic positive change in their lives by relocating to Mexico. The Antus had moved from Napa Valley, Calif. to Portland, Ore. in an attempt to lower their cost of living, alleviate some stress, and eliminate the need to work multiple jobs just to make ends meet. The Antus were inspired to relocate to Zihuatanejo, Mexico, where they opened a popular breakfast spot: La Casa Café. Now, their entire family is enjoying a stress-free existencebetter than they ever imagined.
