That's exactly what husband-and-wife duo Sean and Roxanne Simmons did when they quit their highly successful, but highly stressful sales jobs to start a coffee company. They carry 32 types of coffee, all fresh and small-roasted at their Virginia headquarters and say the move has allowed them the dream life they always wanted! And, call it a mid-life crisis, call it crazy or call it brilliant, but one thing for sure — it's extreme!

The Saltzer Family has given up their jobs, community, house, dog and schools to go on an around the world sabbatical. Marc and Julienne Saltzer decided after a turbulent work year to give their two children an adventure they'll never forget and quit their jobs to travel across the globe. This couple decided that if they wait until they're retired, they might not have the energy or guts to do.
