Tea Experts and Lobster Pound (103)
Enter the world of Jill Portman and Gary Shinner, whose careers in investment banking and commercial real estate took a huge turn—thanks to a chance encounter with tea. While shopping for engagement rings, the two had their first taste of high-quality brew. They quickly began dreaming of leaving their jobs to focus on their new passion. Today their company, Mighty Leaf Tea, produces tea that's served in the country's finest hotels and restaurants.

Next, travel to Maine, where Cathy Baskin escaped the rigors of her demanding job as editor-in-chief of a leading computer magazine. She purchased the P.M. Inness Lobster Company, and four years later the business is booming. Her "lobster pound" holds more than 10,000 lobsters that are sold to retail stores and restaurants across the US.
