Anne Russell: LA Real Estate Veteran
After two decades in the Los Angeles market, independent real estate broker Anne Russell has built a reputation for problem-solving. The housing market is cooling off fast, and James, the owner of a Spanish-style fixer-upper in Silverlake, California, enlists Anne's resourcefulness in helping him avoid a foreclosure.

To get James completely out of debt, Anne must find a way to sell his house above its current market value. Meanwhile, Rick and Elaine, flippers of a mid-century modern house in Encino, California, need Anne to sell their house, and immediately find another with specific profit margins and the right price tag to qualify them for a federal tax break.
