Rae Wayne: West L.A. Challenge
Rae Wayne is one of three on a team of realtors called "The Bizzy Blondes." They're not blonde, but Rae, Jeff and Judy are busy selling homes in the quaint and desirable neighborhoods of West Los Angeles. Rae has a long-time client, laid-back surfer Mike, who wants to sell his house and move to the beach.

Rae inspects the property and quickly realizes there are a few problems that have to get taken care of before the home will pass inspection, plus the Bizzy Blondes pitch in some of their own furniture to stage the house. Mike has a lot of equity in the home to make the repairs, but the inspectors come across something no buyer wants to see: mold.

Now Mike has a bigger problem to deal with, before his house can be sold. And Rae has to convince him to do it right.
