She met her client Franco at the gym. Franco and his wife Andrea are first-time buyers and, like most couples, have a pretty rigid budget. Nicole shows them a few options, including a low-maintenance townhouse and a fixer-upper in a nice neighborhood.
As it turns out, Franco and Andrea disagree on what they want in a home -- but that's actually Nicole's smallest issue with this couple. Late in the game, Franco tells Nicole he forgot to mention that he's filed for a bankruptcy... and if Nicole wants to keep these clients, she has to come up with a solution to deal with this little bombshell.
