Nancie and Jeeb: Trials and TribulationsMeet realtors Nancie and Jeeb. They represent Don, an investor in the process of trying to flip a house. After some matter-of-fact convincing by his realtors, Don ultimately realizes that he has to sell this house at a loss.
They show the property to Michael, a potential buyer who expresses interest, but before he can make a move, another buyer makes an offer. Don accepts the offer -- at a $200,000 loss -- and goes into escrow. However, the buyer, Mr. Lee, unexpectedly pulls out of the deal.
In the meantime, Michael has moved on and Nancie and Jeeb are back to square one. A month later they get a new offer...and after a tough negotiation, they finally close the deal.
