Brittany Ham: Difficult Tenants Real estate agent Brittany Ham, who caters to beach communities, lists a recently remodeled house for client Julia. After a tour of the property, Brittany discovers there are five separate tenants living in the house, and the space is not exactly tidy. But despite the messiness and uncooperative renters, Brittany proceeds to show the property to potential buyers.
After the home is on the market for several unsuccessful months, Brittany and Julia reduce the price to no avail. Brittany must then decide if she will renew her listing contract with Julia.
