    Moving Tips

    • Create a moving system: a color-coded floor plan with numbered rooms that correspond to boxes.
    • Number everything (boxes and furniture) to make sure all your items arrive.
    • Assign a color to each floor in case movers don't speak your language.
    • Place florescent tape around the boxes that have to be opened immediately.
    • Fill an "open me first" box with essentials for the night of the move and the next morning.
    • Use wardrobe boxes as they can save you valuable ironing time later on.
