  • Angled metal bars to cover burners.

  • A convenient grease
    collection system

  • Independent burner controls. Don’t just count knobs.


Good to know:

  • DIRECT HEAT GRILLING: traditional grilling and searing

  • INDIRECT HEAT GRILLING: convection style roasting

  • The larger the grill, the more BTUs you need.

  • SEARING TEMPERATURE: 550 to 600 degrees Farenheit.
