  • Certified organic chicken is considered by many to be the best tasting because of the natural way the birds are fed and raised.
  • Rotisseries cook food evenly, and allow it to self-baste in its own juices.
  • Choose a smaller size rotisserie oven with sufficient cooking capacity.
  • Look for ease of cleaning when purchasing a rotisserie oven.
  • An oven without the "bells and whistles" will work well and cost less.
