Coffeemakers
Buyer's Guide
- Thermal-carafe coffeemakers have the advantage of keeping the coffee hot, without "cooking" it on a burner.
- Consider buying a bottlebrush for cleaning narrow necked carafes and other hard-to-reach coffeemaker parts.
- Run water through a new coffeemaker to rinse out dust and impurities.
- Automatic grinding features can be noisy.
- A coffeemaker with a water filter is a nice feature.
