• To keep wine from spoiling, return the cork to the bottle and refrigerate.
  
• The ideal temperature to store wine for a prolonged period of time is 55-60 degrees.
  
• A vacuum seal pump and stopper is a great way to preserve opened wine.
  
• When using the vacuum seal, refrigerate the bottle.
  
• You can cook with wine leftovers for about a week.
