After getting new hairstyles at a top salon, the contestants are off to Macy's, where Project Runway winner Christian Siriano helps them select outfits to accentuate their slimmed-down figures. <p> Later, after the transformations are complete, the made-over contestants are revealed on The Tyra BanksShow, unaware that their loved ones are waiting to surprise them! After enjoying a day in New York with their family members, the contestants head back to the Biggest Loser ranch. There, they face a wild challenge that becomes a huge victory for one player struggling to overcome her fears.
