Born in England and raised in Toronto, Ontario, Michelle McCree has had a lifelong passion for keeping herself in shape, eating well, taking her vitamins and always remembering to have a laugh with family and friends.

McCree is convinced that in order to stay fit, you need to have fun at the same time.

She has worked both in front of and behind the scenes in the television industry. Before hosting The Right Fit, her career included positions at YTV, LIFE Network and CityTV. She was also a writer and reporter for TV Guide Television, FLICK, Talk TV's "The Chatroom," NBA Dunk Street and WTN's Modern Manners.
