Baked Dill Garlic Salmon

Ingredients:

Nutrition facts, per serving: calories, 191; fat, 6.9g; carbohydrate, 6.8g; protein, 25.4g

fresh tarragon and dill sprigs, as needed
1 whole salmon, 12 inches long
crushed garlic, as needed
1 lemon, sliced
juice of 2 lemons

Directions:

  1. Marinate the salmon in lemon juice for one hour to remove smell. Don't marinate overnight since lemon cooks fish.
  2. Stuff the center of the fish with fresh dill, tarragon, crushed garlic and round lemon slices.
  3. Bake in clay or glass dish for 45 minutes at 350 degrees F.
