Citrus Salmon Wrapped in Banana Leaves

Ingredients:

Nutrition facts, per serving: calories, 191; fat, 6.9g; carbohydrate, 6.8g; protein, 25.4g

banana leaves
6 oz. pieces salmon
extra-virgin olive oil
salt and pepper
citrus juice

Directions:

  1. Wash the banana leaves and brush them with a delicate amount of olive oil.
  2. Season the salmon with salt and pepper, a little citrus juice and any other desired aromatics.
  3. Wrap in the salmon in banana leaves and place in a 350 degree F oven until done (about 7 minutes).
