The Bahamas is a 100,000-square-mile archipelago that extends over 500 miles of the Caribbean Ocean, with 700 islands, including uninhabited cays and large rocks. Bahamas guidesboast that each island have its own cultural and geographical diversity. While Nassau and Grand Bahama are perhaps the most frequented islands, Bahamas guidessay it's those that make up the Out Islands that are most special. For example, The Abacos are a group of islands and cays forming a boomerang-shaped chain that stretches nearly 130 miles from Walker's Cay in the north to Hole-In-The-Wall in the south. Abaco is widely known as the Sailing Capital of the World because of its many sheltered harbors. The Colonial towns contain gems of New England architecture and representations of early American homes, while the ecosystem provides a rich outdoor experience for nature lovers.

Cuba Travel Guide

Cuba is the Caribbean's largest and least commercialized island and one of the world's last supporters of communism. Its relative political isolation has prevented it from being overrun by tourists, and locals are sincerely friendly to those who do venture in. The architecture is formal and Colonial in style, but the people are relaxed, even in the larger towns. Cuba travel guides suggest trips to the island's backcountry and beaches for the perfect relaxing Caribbean vacation with hiking, swimming, cycling, spelunking or smoking a fine cigar.

Aruba Guides
Aruba guides boast there is no wrong time to visit the island. The temperature is always mild, because the island lies outside the hurricane belt, there is no rainy season or serious weather and the ocean is always a comfortable 82 degrees. January, February and March are the most popular times to visit and during Carnival, which is just before Lent, the island is booming with parades, festivals and parties. Aruba guides suggest planning a trip for mid-April through September if you prefer fewer crowds and a more relaxed atmosphere. However, it's an exotic destination worth visiting anytime of the year.
