Rooms With a Boo: 7 Haunted Hotels
Buxton Inn, Granville, Ohio The Buxton Inn is frequented most often by the ghosts of former owners. Whenever a pie disappears from the kitchen, the staff knows to place the blame on the ghost of Orin Granger, the Massachusetts industrialist who built the inn in 1812. Major Buxton ran the inn from 1865 to 1905. He apparently likes to sit by the dining room fireplace on winter nights.
