On Rue Tatin is run by Susan Loomis, an American cookbook author who has lived in France for 15 years. During the six-day program, students will shop at small local markets, learn to bake exquisite baguettes and discover the beauty of Bordeaux and Burgundy wines. Enjoy small class sizes, shop for the best available ingredients and cook in well-equipped and modern kitchens. Students can choose between classes held in Paris or in Normandy's Louviers.
