Learn to Cook in Faraway Places

Cook in Italy

Imagine staying in a 20-room medieval house, perched high on a Tuscan hill, while learning to prepare traditional Italian cuisine. Students of master chef Carlo Innocenti's Casa Innocenti Cooking Courses don't have to imagine as that is precisely where they will be sleeping and what they will be doing. Meals are prepared in the home's large, rustic kitchen and enjoyed in the charming wine cellar. Classes range from three days to a week and include excursions to nearby Etruscan villages and visits to local markets and wineries.
