Learn to Cook in Faraway Places
Cook in Mexico For more than 20 years noted cookbook author Marilyn Tausend has organized culinary adventures to some of the most exciting regions of Mexico. Participants of the weeklong excursions will explore local food markets, learn to identify authentic ingredients and watch as those ingredients are incorporated into the indigenous cuisine. Star chefs Rick Bayless and Diana Kennedy often lead the cooking demonstrations. The program provides plenty of free time for personal travel and shopping.
