Splash Lagoon offers fun for visitors of all ages, sizes and levels of bravery. Thrill seekers can hurl themselves into the Hurricane Hole and torpedo down at speeds approaching 40 miles an hour. Slightly less adventurous vacationers can gravitate towards numerous slides and tubes. The littlest ones will find thrills of a different nature in the Tiki Tree House, a five-story fortress of fun. Moms and dads will take to the Lazy River like fish to the frying pan as they float past colorful sculptures and under a fiber-optic palm tree. "My 10-year-old grandson took me to Splash Lagoon for my 61st birthday," says Pat Maznik. "We had so much fun playing in the water and going down the slides together. It was the best birthday present I ever had."
