Waikiki Beach may be synonymous with surfing and sunshine, but inside the newly renovated Westin Moana Surfrider are icons of a traditional Christmas. Train sets, nativity scenes and lighted Christmas trees fill the resort's century-old plantation-style lobby.

The landmark beachfront resort offers 795 rooms, including 45 suites. Tuck yourself into a beach chair and lounge on the private beach, or warm up from a swim with an afternoon tea on the veranda. The Moana is home to Waikiki's only beachfront spa, which opened in early 2008. So have yourself a merry little rubdown.
