Manhattan businesswoman Diane Hanson has always dreamed of opening a luxury spa. A recent vacation to the vineyards of South Africa inspired her to quit her high-paying IT project management job to open a spa specializing in vinotherapy, a unique process where all the treatments and products contain wine and/or grape products.

Diane and her husband have cashed in their savings and leased a massive raw space in Tribeca that needs a major overhaul. But the rent is so steep, the only designer they can afford is fresh out of school and has never designed a spa...or even had a spa treatment!
