Alchemist Roma Cohen, the son of hard-working Miami retailers, knows that it takes more than money to ensure success -- it also takes blood, sweat and tears. By contrast, his fiancée Erika grew up in an enclave of wealth and privilege. The young couple has decided to open their own high-end retail clothing store in trendy South Beach, using Roma's savings to bankroll it.
But Erika doesn't seem to be able to stop spending -- on their new store or their impending fairy-tale wedding. It's putting a strain on their relationship and Roma's worried that if they don't open the store on time and start selling some merchandise soon, there won't be a wedding.
