John Dunn's Beach Camping Salmon Recipe
The Wandering Golfer : Episode FLWAG-102L

Ingredients:

10 oz. filet of salmon
2 lemons
1/4 stick of butter
garlic salt
black pepper
tarragon

Instructions:

  1. Place salmon filet in center of large foil square (10-12 inches).
  2. Squeeze juice from two lemons over the fish.
  3. Add a quarter stick of butter.
  4. Season with garlic salt, black pepper and pinch of tarragon.
  5. Wrap foil into loose pouch, making sure to create an air pocket around the salmon.
  6. Place directly into the campfire for 10-15 minutes.
