To start, local insider Rachel takes us out to enjoy her favorite Tex-Mex at Cisco's in East Austin. Next we head to Town Lake for some canoeing with Austinites Rebecca and Sarah, getting a taste of the great outdoors right in the middle of downtown. Then we join Sarah's husband Mark on the banks of the river for a picnic, where we watch Austin's beloved bats--a million of them, actually--fly out from under the Congress Street Bridge.
But, as we discover, the night has only just begun: At our next stop, the Continental Club, local DJ Michael Moxey introduces us to the local music scene.
