Our day in Chicago starts at The Silver Room with Eric, who's owned a store in the city's famed Wicker Park for eight years, and knows the must-visit stores in the area. Next we meet up with Belinda, one of Chicago's premier sommeliers. She takes us along on a trip to her favorite place to shop: Sam's Wines and Spirits.

Then it's on to meet Dustin, who knows quite a bit about Chicago's retro gems, thanks to years of producing radio programs for NPR. The unique locales we visit give us a little bit of Chicago history with every bite: We stop for corn beef sandwiches at Manny's Deli, a veritable ritual for Chicago locals, followed by Chicago-style hot dogs at Hot Dougs, where you can get your French fries fried in duck fat on Fridays!

But nothing quite sums up the eclectic nature of this town like a little weiner-schnitzel at the Chicago Brauhaus, a perfect way to wrap up our Chicago adventure.
