AIR TIMES:

Transformations and Traditions
Heather Templeton travels to Seattle, Washington, to meet Al Foxx, a standup comedian, inspirational speaker and accident survivor. Al has transformed personal tragedy into triumph by helping others believe in themselves.

Then we travel to Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, to meet "Planet Walker" John Francis. John took a vow of silence for 17 years and has traveled over 22,000 miles on foot as a symbol of environmental responsibility and awareness. He is testament that one man can make a difference.

Next stop, Berkeley, California, to meet a man who still loves the paper route he has worked for 43 years and who wakes up every morning with the same enthusiasm he had on his first day.
