Kabob Barg — Persian-Style Steak Skewers
World at Your Table : Episode FLWYT-107

1 lb. filet mignon, cut into strips or cubes for skewers
juice of one medium onion
1/2-cup olive oil
salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients in bowl and let sit for three-four hours. Thread beef on skewers and grill.
