16 large shrimp (shelled with tail on, fresh)
1 16 oz. jar mango sauce (Trader Joe's)
1 red bell pepper, cut in large cubes
1 orange or yellow bell pepper, cut in large cubes
1 green bell pepper, cut in large cubes
2 Tbs. olive oil
pinch of garam masala (from Indian grocery store)
salt to taste
Instructions:
Add shrimp and mango sauce to a large mixing bowl and set aside in fridge to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
In large nonstick pan, heat olive oil. Prior to smoking point add shrimp and bell peppers.
Sauté until shrimp are cooked pink on both sides. Add garam masala and salt to taste.
Place shrimp and colored bell peppers on skewers and serve hot.
