15.5 oz. can garbanzos/chick peas (Goya brand), drained and rinsed under cold water
1 Tbs. balsamic vinegar
2 Tbs. olive oil
1/4-cup red peppers, chopped
1/4-cup red onion, chopped
2 Tbs. fresh cilantro, chopped
1/4-cup golden raisins
2 Tbs. capers, drained
salt and pepper to taste
Toss all ingredients in a bowl and chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.
