- Belize City airport on the mainland is approximately two hours flying time from either Houston or Miami. From Belize City, air taxi service is available to San Pedro. From there, take the Cayo Espanto private launch for the three-mile trip to the island.
- There are only five guest villas on the island, and only fourteen guests are permitted on the island at any one time. The staff-to-guest ratio is two-to-one.
- Each villa is assigned a houseman, who is on call for guests around the clock.
